'e key facts' is a series of twenty concise information briefings, each covering a different area of environmental law (mainly applying to England and Wales).
They set out the main legislative provisions applying to each topic area, then explain
additional background information to help place the law in a practical context.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the impact of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010, from April 2010 there will be substantial changes to the regulatory framework governing environmental permitting. Therefore, a major revision of the 'e key facts' series has been undertaken to take account of the repeal, revocation and amendment of large sections of law.

Originally written as a self-study guide to support students working towards either a WAMITAB or NVQ Level 3 or 4 qualification, the NEBOSH Specialist Diploma in Environmental Management or Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) Associate Certificate examinations, they have now become widely used as a day-to-day 'pocket' reference by professional environmental managers or as a site staff training/briefing aid. The series is available as PDF and MS Word files on CD or direct by email, so you can print as many copies as you need for distribution to colleagues. Each CD or email comes with a single-site license allowing free distribution of the series across a site, either for training purposes or as a ready reference source for managers and staff. Multi-site licenses are also available subject to payment of an additional fee.
